By enrolling in and accessing any course offered by Uncovering Birth ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Participant", "you") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our mutual responsibilities. Please read them carefully.

6. Lifetime Access

Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted lifetime access to the course materials, defined as the duration for which the course is available on the Uncovering Birth platform.  We reserve the exclusive right to alter, update, or discontinue any course content or the course itself at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in content, removal of access, and discontinuation of the course.  In the event of significant changes or the course’s discontinuation, we will provide advance notice to participants. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding course access.

7. Recording Consent

By registering for any live sessions associated with our courses, you consent to being recorded. These recordings may be used for educational and promotional purposes by Uncovering Birth. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in live sessions is conducted under conditions you deem appropriate for recording. Please note that by continuing to participate in these live sessions, you are providing your consent to be recorded.

8. Modification of Terms

Uncovering Birth reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the course platform. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the course after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uncovering Birth operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
