A one-day, comprehensive, workshop
This is a four-hour live workshop that covers the foundation of preparing for childbirth, breastfeeding, and birth planning.
Perfect for those with a limited timeframe that want an introduction to Uncovering Birth while doing most of the research on your own.
Meant to be taken with your birth partner.

This immersive journey will educate men and women on overcoming challenges from past births and experiences, to become fully empowered and prepared for their journey ahead.
Understanding the arc of conception, birth, and postpartum is essential for resolving your own birth traumas and stepping into empowerment.
Do you need tailored support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey?
Our Holistic Birth Guidance Container is tailored to support women through preconception, prenatal, birth, and postpartum.
What's included
This comprehensive support begins as soon as you sign up and is designed to offer personalized guidance at every stage.
- Four 60-minute Zoom sessions (one or more can be saved and used later for lactation support).
- Four 30-minute Zoom sessions (one or more can be saved and used later for lactation support).
- Telegram chat with Eyla for quick check-ins, feedback, and support Mon-Thur between 9am-2pm EST.
- Container time frame is at a maximum of 6 months (sessions must be used within that time).
- Continuous support, recommendations, and guidance at every juncture.
- 8-module Birth Foundations Course included.
- Breastfeeding class included.
- Attendance at your birth is not included (arrangements can be made to attend via Zoom for an additional fee).
