Sovereign Woman Membership Circle Terms and Conditions

Introduction

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&C) for membership in the Sovereign Woman Membership Circle, hereafter referred to as "the Sovereign Woman Circle", operated by Uncovering Birth LLC (hereafter referred to as "Uncovering Birth"). By joining the Sovereign Woman Circle, you agree to these T&C, which form a binding legal agreement between you and Uncovering Birth LLC.

 

Membership Benefits

As a member of the Sovereign Woman Circle, you are entitled to the following benefits:

  1. Quarterly mini-courses designed to support your journey to sovereignty.
  2. A monthly LIVE group call with Eyla Cuenca, founder of Uncovering Birth.
  3. Access to the Uncovering Birth Telegram chat for continuous community support.
  4. Discounted access to classes, guest calls, and one-on-one sessions with Eyla Cuenca. 

 

Membership Fees and Commitment

The Sovereign Woman Circle offers three founding membership tiers with the following commitments:

  1. Founder's Monthly Membership: $29 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment.
  2. Founder's 6-Month Membership: $159, billed every 6 months.

These rates are exclusive founder's prices, available for a limited time to early members of the Sovereign Woman Circle. Should members choose to take a break and later decide to rejoin the community, they will be required to rejoin at the current rates, which are subject to change. The founder's rate is a privilege of initial membership and does not apply to subsequent rejoining after a membership lapse.

 

Payment Terms

Membership fees are due in accordance with the chosen membership tier. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits. In case of a payment default, members have 48 hours to rectify the situation before access to the Sovereign Woman Circle benefits is revoked.

 

Conduct and Use

  1. Self-promotion within the Sovereign Woman Circle's platforms is prohibited unless pre-approved by Uncovering Birth. Violation of this policy may result in termination of membership without refund.
  2. Members must not share unsolicited articles, links, or memes. Such actions will be treated as spam and may lead to termination of membership without refund.
  3. The information provided through the Sovereign Woman Circle is for educational purposes only and is not intended to cure, treat, or diagnose any condition. 

 

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Members agree to keep all information shared within the Sovereign Woman Circle, including identities and contributions of participants, confidential. Unauthorized sharing of material, including screenshots, videos, and assignments, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership.

    By joining the Sovereign Woman Membership Circle, members agree that Uncovering Birth LLC, its founders, employees, and affiliates, are not liable for any personal injury, changes in health conditions, or any other outcomes that may result from the use of information, tools, or resources provided through the membership. Members assume full responsibility for their health and well-being
  4. Assumption of Risk
    Members acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily in the Sovereign Woman Membership Circle and that they are solely responsible for their health and safety. Members agree to release and hold harmless Uncovering Birth LLC and its representatives from any claims, demands, or damages of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the Sovereign Woman Membership Circle.

 

Agreement Acceptance

By selecting "I Agree" to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are a consenting adult, fully aware of and agree to these terms, and waive any right to legal claims against Uncovering Birth LLC related to your participation in the Sovereign Woman Circle.
